Outdoor and Landscape Lighting Power Source: We employ a very efficient torridal transformer. This unit converts 120v alternating current (a wall outlet) to a “more safe” low voltage (12-18v) alternating current. To provide on and off control an Astrological Timer is installed which adjusts seasonally for daylight savings times and daily for specific dusk and dawn times based on your longitude and latitude. Multiple on and off times each day are available as you may desire.
Wiring: CAST No-OX Tin Coated Marine Grade wire. Each individual copper stranded wire in our landscape and outdoor lighting installations is tin coated to provide the connectivity, best moisture and UV protection. Along with this premium wire, we also solder each individual connection and cap the connection off with a silicon filled wire nut! We are the only installer we know of to employ this premium wire product and solder technique. With over 500 systems installed, we have never had a connection fail. All of our competitors simply purchase stranded copper wire from local sources. While this works, modifications or cut repairs are virtually impossible as this type of wire wicks moisture and becomes very hard.
Lighting Fixtures: We install Solid Copper, Bronze and Brass outdoor and landscape metal fixtures in yards, on decks, along driveways and parking areas...anywhere you need to light up your outdoor living space. In most cases, the units are custom made for us and are never available in home improvement stores. Lifetime warranty assures no additional expense to you should the fixtures fail under “normal” circumstances.
LED Bulbs: Brilliance and Dauer LED bulbs are built on USA based Cree Chip Driver technology and assembled respectively in Carefree Arizona and Germany. These are the best built bulbs we can source. We will never install mass produced Chinese products!
